On October 11, user @kunaltradess publicly reported that three of four separately created SafePal wallets on one iPhone were emptied, alleging losses totaling USD 23,050. The user stated that the wallets used different recovery phrases and denied knowingly signing the transfers or installing suspicious applications. SafePal Support later publicly replied that its team was handling the case through a support ticket. No transaction-level independent validation, root cause or SafePal product vulnerability has been established.
